Having launched to much fanfare and a little applause, Iain Smith’s Saturday Brunch service returns.
Every Saturday from 11am.
Complimented with cocktails and a chic summer sound-track, here is a selection of some of the menu favourites:
Buttermilk pancakes with whipped rhubarb cream, spring berries and homemade syrup
Eggs Benedict served on muffins with Hollandaise Sauce, with a choice of Pata Negra, Smoked Salmon or Creamed Spinach
Crushed avocado with fresh chillies and poached eggs on toasted sourdough
Hand Carved Scottish Smoked Salmon accompanied by egg white, egg yolk, avocado, capers, shallots, citrus crème fraîche and rye bread
Ossetra Gueldenstaedtii Caviar with savoury pancakes, accompanied by citrus crème fraîche, chopped shallots and chives
Steak Tartare with truffle vinaigrette sugar-snap peas and radishes
